Running For 30 Minutes Straight

A few months ago I started an iFit training series with Tommy Rivers Puzey. It was the Iberian Beginner Series. I did this because I had no basketball or any kind of sports to keep me busy so I got cranky. I was working up to running 30 minutes straight. I did not like getting on the treadmill to do this because whenever mom told me to change my clothes, I was always doing something. After I ran, I always felt better and was in a better mood. I started out running 30 second intervals. Over time I was running longer intervals like 12 minutes and 25 minutes. After awhile, I was running 30 minutes straight, no breaks. After the series I felt really proud of myself. I felt like I was getting stronger and in my mind I felt like having a party. I was very happy and felt very accomplished. Even though I may have had hard times like arguing with my parents and whining and stomping my feet. (Mom and Dad told me to write this!) It was really worth it. Try it and see for yourself.
